The information collected is recorded for the provision of services offered by the company Résidence Le Phoenix. The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: Résidence Le Phoenix.
The data is kept for:
A maximum duration of 12 months for reservations made on our official website www.residence-phoenix.com .
We mainly collect identification and contact data (last name, first name, email address, etc.), which allows us to know who you are, in particular in order to best manage your reservations and the commercial relationship we have with you.
1)Why do we process your Personal Data? What data do we collect?
For the reservation of a hotel room: your identification data such as: title, surname, first name, email address, postal address, your mobile and/or landline telephone number, the data of your stay: dates, number of nights, number of people, presence of an adult/child.
As a guarantee, when you reserve a room the data relating to your bank card, identity document.
We do not collect Sensitive Data about you.
Data we collect indirectly:
We may collect your Personal Data from some of our partners who record your reservation from their own websites and may, depending on the case, collect or not the price of the reservation on our behalf.
These partners are online hotel comparators or search engines such as Booking.com, Expedia.
The latter collect and transmit to us the data necessary for your reservation. These partners may collect other data on their own behalf to which we do not have access.
These companies process the Personal Data you provide to them on their own behalf. Therefore, we invite you to consult their privacy policies in order to understand how and why they process the Data that you transmit to them.
2). WHY DO WE COLLECT/USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We may process your Personal Data on several grounds:
• on the legal basis of the execution of a contract or pre-contractual measures taken at your request, such as the recording and management of your reservations, request for quote, invoicing.
• on the basis of your consent when booking by telephone or online by giving us your personal information.
• on the basis of the legitimate interest of Résidence Le Phoenix: manage your requests for information and your online reviews.

– video surveillance management, for your own security as well as for the security of the premises and staff of our Hotel.
• finally, on the basis of a legal obligation, for example when we collect information concerning you in order to respond to your requests to exercise rights or to comply with local legislation or at the request of law enforcement.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
Personal Data collected by telephone is kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes as described in: WHY DO WE COLLECT/USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?increased by the duration of legal prescriptions.
