The Résidence Le Phoenix, located between Saint Pierre and Le Tampon, offers you comfortable rooms and studios with individual bathrooms for your vacations or business trips.
The standard or superior rooms are ideal for short stays of a few nights or weekends, they are all equipped with private bathroom, air conditioning, television and mini fridge, linen (sheets and towels) provided.
The studios (rooms with kitchenette) are ideal for stays of a week or more with a kitchenette equipped with microwave, fridge, dolce gusto coffee machine, hotplates, sink, and crockery provided. Household linen (sheets and towels) is provided and renewed every week.
A space with washing machine is available for long stays free of charge.
Parking with access by digital code is available free of charge to guests of the Residence.
